Which Jerusalem neighborhoods do you cover?
We manage properties across Jerusalem. Our home base is Ramat Eshkol, and many of the properties we manage are there and in the neighborhoods around it — French Hill, Ma’alot Dafna and Givat HaMivtar — where we know the buildings, the tenants and the local tradespeople especially well.

How are property management fees determined?
Fees are set out in a written proposal after we have assessed the property. They depend on the type and size of the property, whether it is furnished, its condition and which services you need. Renovation and upgrade work is quoted separately for each project. The simplest first step is to request a property assessment, which does not commit you to anything.
