- Owner situation
- A Jerusalem-based owner of five apartments who wanted to keep the properties but stop managing them personally.
- Challenge
- Five leases with different renewal dates, three different handymen and no consistent records. Tenant calls and repairs were taking up much of the owner's time, and it was hard to see how each apartment was really doing.
- Work handled
- Visited each apartment at handover and documented its condition · Gathered leases, tenant details and maintenance history into one set of records · Took over maintenance as first responders, bringing in our regular tradespeople only when a job needs a professional
- Result
- The owner now deals with one point of contact and one consolidated report instead of five sets of tenants and tradespeople. Turnovers are planned rather than improvised, and two of the apartments have since been refreshed between tenancies.
